Apart from her high-profile performances at major events like the Global Citizen Festival and the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, Lisa is currently taking her solo career to new heights. She embarked on an exciting Fanmeet Tour across Asia, with Singapore being the first stop. The anticipation was palpable, and she made sure to keep the energy high even before the main event.
On November 9th, just two days before her fanmeet, Lisa threw an exclusive pre-party at the iconic Marquee Singapore nightclub at Marina Bay Sands. The night was filled with excitement as fans gathered to see the global star up close, but Lisa admitted she had her own jitters.
“To be honest, I was very nervous,” she confessed to the emcee when asked about how she was feeling ahead of the fanmeet.
Despite the nerves, Lisa kicked off her Fanmeet with a bang, performing her chart-topping debut single LALISA to a roaring crowd. The Thai Singer-Rapper showed no signs of nervousness even thought she confessed otherwise. With her fierce stage presence and undeniable charisma, it’s clear why she’s part of one of the world’s most successful girl groups. But here’s the big news: a full solo album is coming soon!
When asked about her future plans, Lisa teased her fans, revealing that she’s currently working on her first full solo album, though she stayed tight-lipped about any further details. The excitement in the air was undeniable, and fans are eagerly awaiting more information about her upcoming project. And at the time of us writing this, LLOUD had just dropped a teaser!
The fanmeet wasn’t all about music — Lisa also made sure to interact with her fans in the most playful ways. One of the highlights was the “Lilies or Truth” segment, where Lisa picked random capsules — white ones meant telling a truth, and black ones meant giving fanservice actions written inside. In a fun twist, Lisa picked a black capsule every time, leading to some hilarious moments, including an iconic “crab dance” performance that had the crowd in stitches. (You know the one from Knowing Brothers!).
Lisa also gave fans a sneak peek into her personal life during the Gallery 0327 segment, a reference to her birthday on March 27th. She shared the stories behind some of the photos she had posted on her social media, including a memorable cameo at Taylor Swift’s The Eras Tour in Singapore earlier this year. Lisa revealed that she didn’t realise the tradition of trading friendship bracelets, which led to a funny situation — each time a fan recognised her, they gave her a bracelet, but she didn’t give one in return. As a result, Lisa ended up with a lot of bracelets from fans!
Next up, Lisa took on the role of judge at the “Best Dress Red Carpet” event, where five lucky fans competed to impress her with their style and antics. Of course, each contestant brought their A-game, trying to make Lisa laugh and smile.
As the fanmeet came to a close, Lisa performed more of her hits, including New Woman and Moonlit Floor, showcasing her sweet vocals before switching gears with the high-energy Money. But it was her heartfelt speech that truly moved the audience. Lisa got emotional as she thanked them for their unwavering support.
“I just want to say thank you for always supporting me,” she said, her voice cracking with emotion. “I wouldn’t be here without you guys. I love you.” It was a moment that left everyone in the stadium feeling connected to the star.
