Last Thursday, fans in Singapore were treated to a spectacular showcase of talent and charisma as Doh Kyung Soo, beloved by many as a multifaceted artist, took the stage at the iconic Singapore Indoor Stadium for his Asia Fan Concert Tour titled ‘BLOOM’.
Opening with “Mars,” the title track from his latest mini album ‘Blossom’, Kyung Soo dazzled the audience with his signature smooth vocals, instantly capturing the hearts of his dedicated fans — fondly known as Eris.

Expressing his excitement, Kyung Soo shared, “I’m really excited, it feels like it’s been 6-7 years since the last time I came.”
The choice of ‘BLOOM’ as the concert title held special significance, closely tied to his 3rd album. For Kyung Soo, ‘BLOOM’ symbolizes not just personal growth but the beauty of growing together, aiming to create a shared experience where both he and his fans could grow and flourish together.
When asked to compare himself to a flower, Kyung Soo playfully remarked, “Rose? Compared to the usual red color, I would prefer a blue color today,” noting the sea of sky blue attire that adorned the audience, following the dress code set for the evening.

Sharing his experiences exploring Singapore, Kyung Soo recounted his culinary adventures beyond the famed chili crab, delving into the world of kaya toast and discovering the traditional way of savoring it with eggs, black pepper, and soy sauce—a fusion of flavors that mirrored the essence of his artistic journey.
During the heartfelt “I Only Look at You” segment, Kyung Soo indulged fans by reading out their messages and requests, serenading them with renditions of 8Youngji’s “Small Girl”, f(x)’s “Goodbye Summer”, and EXO classics like “Peter Pan”, “Don’t Go”, “What is Love”, and “History”. Each song created unforgettable moments of joy and nostalgia.
Kyung Soo also poured his heart into performances of tracks from his latest album, such as “Simple Joy”, “That’s Okay”, “I Do” and “My Dear”. Reflecting on his lyrics, Kyung Soo expressed, “The lyrics are really meaningful, and if the lyrics I’m singing can touch your heart, it’ll be really great.”
The concert concluded with a high-energy encore of “Popcorn” and a heartwarming photo session. Kyung Soo summed up the evening perfectly, stating, “I want to fill my heart with all the good moments from Singapore,” encapsulating the joy and connection forged during this extraordinary night of music and shared memories.
